Article on Lay Vocation Directors

Written on: May 26, 2014

Maryellen Glackin was asked to contribute an article to the Vocation Director’s Journal HORIZON. Three lay vocation directors wrote about their experiences working within religious communities. The other two contributors were men working for men’s communities.

Maryellen’s focus was on what a community might look for in a lay director, and what the gifts and challenges of working in vocation ministry are for those outside of the community.
