“In the spirit of St. Marguerite d’ Youville,Our Foundress,
Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart strive
To be signs of God’s unconditional love
As we collaborate to create a more just and compassionate world.”

Dear Friends:

These words of our mission statement comprise the points of our congregation’s North Star. Our mission remains the constant, shining beacon that lights our path from the past, through the present and into the future. We strive to be signs of God’s unconditional love as we serve God and God’s people through prayer, ministry and advocacy.
By following the links below, you will read of how our sisters, as signs of God’s unconditional love, reach out to others. For every one of their stories, there are many other stories of sisters.
Through your prayers and your financial gifts to us, you too are signs of God’s unconditional love. Thank you for your love, your prayers and your support. We are deeply grateful.
May God bless you abundantly for your kindness to us and to all of those to whom we minister.
Gratefully,
Sister Julia - croppedSister Julia C. Lanigan, GNSH
