Gun Safety

Mercy Investments recently invited co-signers to the attached letter written by Sister Valerie Heinonen, O.S.U.  The letter from Mercy Investment Services congratulates Dicks Sporting Goods for taking a leadership role in promoting gun safety.

Sister Diane Bardol, GNSH, who signed this letter on behalf of the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart, is sharing the letter with this caveat, “While we (GNSH) don’t have a corporate stand addressing gun violence and its flip-side gun safety per se, it is implicit in the Earth Charter principles and clearly appropriate to who we are as Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart.”
