The Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart are looking for a compassionate and caring LPN with experience working with the elderly and/or familiarity working with Roman Catholic women religious.This position requires a current PA LPN license as well as strong patient assessment skills and a demonstrated clinical competency. A high level of communication and listening skills are also required.

This position will accompany sisters to health care appointments and hospital emergency dept. You will assist sisters living in personal care, long-term care and independent living with their health care needs including visiting, coordinating day-to-day needs , well-being and medication checks, and continually assessing sisters for changes in health care status or level of care to name a few.

A valid driver’s license is required. Proficiency in use of computer, smartphone, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and text messaging required.
